Struggling to upload pics

I'm trying to list a classified and every time I try to upload the necassery pic it just tells me the file is too big. I can't reduce anymore. Help!!

options host it somewhere else or reduce the size and use the attachment feature.
most hosts allow resizing when you upload an image.
