  • Morning A-Holes.
Well that was a ******* **** night's sleep. I was still awake at 3am, just could not sleep. Finally drifted off, to be awoken by the neighbours house alarm at 5:30! I'm calling that 2.5 hours sleep, which is not good.

Depending on what decision has been made the week before Christmas when I was off, this week will either be nice and relaxed, or a fecking nightmare. I'm really hoping for the former.

Hopefully tea will chill me out a bit.

    What up, windowlickers

Back to work after waaay too long away, and wondering quite what the week, or whats left of it, will hold.

Interesting day yesterday having a blat around Leith Hill in Surrey with SWMBO - fantastic day out if a bit chilly. But fark it, it wasn't raining (unlike the aborted trip to Holmbury the day before). Bumped into a guy on an Elsworth - he assured me he had just the one, but was probably wondering why I was pedeling away giggling.

Coffee calls, then into the workshop to spark some life into a couple of sleeping machines.

    Onwards - to caffiene!

  • Morning all,

Will be off soon to take wife to the doctors, then a trip by the bike shop is in order. Had a beast trainer ride last night, and my legs are feeling the pain today, but was well worth it. Average pulse for the hour worked out at 168 :O

Enjoy your day. My wife goes back to work Tomorrow, which I will revel in.

    Morning bumders

Bloody wearher. Blown most of our fence down overnight and this morning the wind managed to break the gate, and I was planning on spending most of it at the DH track... and that's how I'm still going to spend the day hopefully. Got to go sort a few animals out first though, should also grab some food too at some point I suppose.

Our fence also just went, but there's roof tiles coming off the houses so I don't think i fancy getting one of those in the face by going out to investigate!

  • Morning Maggots,

Pfft, well back to work today, even though I work from home, the mere fact of going 'back to work leaves' a bitter taste in my mouth, equivalent to chewing on the terminals of a car battery
So, what will I do today? As little as possible, I want to 'ease' my way back into the work routine, so nothing too strenuous at all.. ah and seek new employment, hopefully the recruitment sites will liven up now we're in 2012.
Just had breakfast, which comprised of 2 sliced of seeded bread with some Manhattan cheese spread. I should have cooked some bacon!

Anyway, back to the monotonous day ahead...

Not impressed, tree down on the road I wanted to go up so had to walk, wasn't far, but carried on a little further up the road and found another tree down a little further up... the people living in between probably have a decent enough reason not to go to work

    Morning Hamburger Hunters,

Just been out to jump start a mates car in the wind and rain - not a good start. Weather looks like its staying cack so I'm starting to clear out some crap from our spare room before we start redecorating - yawn. Hopefully the trouble 'n' strife will go out for a bit and leave me in peace to surf naughty stuff on the interweb :-)

Enjoy your day. My wife goes back to work Tomorrow, which I will revel in.

he means he's gonna have a bigwank

    Mornin scuttlers

Work later, 2 to go, but before that will be a trip to the tip and paint the bedroom walls. Mrs G starts her new job today so I shall be expecting a run down of that later.

Took some photos of my missing eyebrows, but to be fair they dont look missing in the picture, they just feel ridiculously short to me, obviously Kickingmule and welshkev, if you want pics of me, just say and name your pose ;)

very little in the house and McBellas over the road is still shut so it looks like celebrations, pringles and a pork pie for breakfast.

Drank enough to kill a man last night, and now feel slightly rough. No bacon in the house, so I need to make a trip to the shops very soon.

Has to be the pose of John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever

Sadly, it turns out work is a nightmare. More of one than I thought as I am in the process of rebuilding all of the iMacs with the updates, but may have to go back to what is currently on them if people object

You're welcome, sheds now sorted, I have one on the way, not 4 and good news is that my multicar inurance has come down by 12 quid a month, this is tempered by my water rates going up 12 quid a month, but still.
