24" Thicker/DH tubes

Does anyone make thicker tubes for a 24" wheel

Using CST 26" DH tubes but need tubes for 24" wheels too.
Mountain: Orange Patriot FR, SubZero & Evo2LE.
Road: Tifosi Race Custom.
Do it all bike: Surly Disc Trucker 700c/29er

    Got first puncture in ages today, used to thicker tubes shrugging everything off
