Hawg nv question?

Can anyone please tell me which pocket the bladder goes in? I'm guessing the back one so it rests on your back when wearing it. Also does that plastic fin on the bladder hook over the tough material type loop in the back compartment ?

I've noticed a yellow rope loop in te middle compartment which can hoop onto the plastic hoop on te bladder

Which is the correct way?? Plea help

You can fit 2 bladders to the Hawg which is why there is the loop in the middle compartment as well. I fit my bladder in the compartment that rests on my back and feed the hose out of the small access hole on the side.

thanks GTI, so am i doing it right by hooking the bladder using that plastic fin onto the stiff material loopy thing 1/3 the way down inside the rear compartment ??

Mine has a yellow loop at the top of each compartment.

Yes you are doing it right, that is exactly how it works.

oh, do i have a faulty one or have they re-designed it? Does anyone else have a HAWG NV without a yellow loop on the back compartment ??? GTI do you have the hard material loop in the rear compartment ??

Redesign I guess, I had an older blowfish with hook and loop and it was the same on most I saw in shops when shopping around, however my mates 2011 MULE NV and my 2011 HAWG NV have the pocket that the fin (carry handle) on the bladder goes in..not sure if it has changed for all camelback's or when the change came in but things changed for at least some of them.
