heavier suntour xcr lo fork spring ?

I have just purchased a Commencal premier disc 2011 with 120mm travel forks

on the first ride I would have to say its a nice bike for the money

except since I am 20 stone the front forks are far too soft and the ride height is all wrong

Is there a remedy for this,

stiffer spring ?
different way to preload it to raise the ride height

    there is a heavier spring available but its a 3 month wait

    but the very nice man in Greyville sent me an extra spring elastomer (fits in spring)

    this has transformed the front end, made the ride height perfect and much stiffer action

    I will fit the spring when it arrives anyway as its only £10 and see what I think

    Cant thank Greyville enough as they sent the elastomer for free

    great service
