I've got a weeks worth of anti viral drugs and have been advised that vitamin B helps.

    Well fortunately, it's only only on the right hand side at the moment...................
    plus, I appear to have caught it early, so I'm hoping it won't get too bad (although it ain't good at the moment !!)
