dude, try swapping your shifters inboard of the brakes so you can one finger brake..
you seem to spend a lot of time sat down. try standing up more so you can move the bike round under you..
cool angle having the camera there, good for analyzing your riding...

Delcol, thanks for the tips. I think this video's probably more interesting for the camera position than for my supreme downhill skills!

everyone has to learn their chosen sport,, it takes time and alot of practice to gain the confiedance and skills needed to ride downhill pinned.. don't knock yourself,, at least you out there trying....

Yes, a good day out. Boom did snap on the way home though, so there must have been a few bumps somewhere.
