dude, try swapping your shifters inboard of the brakes so you can one finger brake..
you seem to spend a lot of time sat down. try standing up more so you can move the bike round under you..

everyone has to learn their chosen sport,, it takes time and alot of practice to gain the confiedance and skills needed to ride downhill pinned.. don't knock yourself,, at least you out there trying....www.bearbackbiking.com
