After a fierce battle with my new rollers I have finally triumphed !!!
Only one small cut on my arm to show for it :roll:
Knocked out ten miles in the hallway and sweated more than I ever have in my life,cant believe how hard it seemed for the first few goes but once it clicks and you find your balance its great fun .......highly recommend it

Congratulations! Everyone knows rollers were invented by the Spanish inquisition, luckily they were too horrible even for the inquisition so they resorted to more humane methods of torture.
Also how long does it take to commute on rollers, everyone knows training is cheating!All hail the FSM and his noodly appendage!0
