I've been riding round on a god awful 'Salcano assos' for the best part of a year, I decided enough was enough and it was time to splash out a little on getting something decent, Here's what i went for, 'Carrera banshee' - So bloody chuffed with this bike its unreal!
This is the only picture i have for now! What you think then guys, hope my money was spent wisely...

Nice bike, have always liked them, you might want to invest in some new riding shoes though, leopard print is a bugger to clean!

I ride quite varying terrain, and have never lost any confidence in the tyres. I personally love them!

those banana's are on the turn
  • Not really much to change, other than remove the silly reflectors and put some SPD pedals on if that's your thing.

Only things I'd change (out of personal preference) are bars, stem and pedals, but i like a shorter, wider cockpit and SPD pedals for XC (and nice wide flats for dh)

Just put the light on and gave it a guick test in the garden, Another phone quality picture, it's alot better in person! But still, i should be seen easily enough and it'll light up the canal paths easily enough when i commute to work :)

I'm after one of these. Just wondering how it rides? Does it feel a slog on the trails as in Heavy?
