Advertising for Bike Shop Staff

Friends of mine are planning to open a bike shop in Dubai and are looking to hire a shop manager - does anyone have any idea where the best place (other than here!) to advertise that would reach UK based staff looking to move on?

The guys opening the store will be more focussed on the distribution side of the business (along with other interests as well) and therefore intend to hand over the day-to-day operations of the retail side to someone skilled & experienced

    I guess a lot will depend on your advertising ...

    "Do you like to grease nipples, wrench cranks and grip stems tightly? If the answer is YES then you should work in a bike shop ... like mine!"

    "How do you torque to a wrench? If you don't know, then don't bother applying!"

    and on and on and on ... :)
    What do I ride? Now that's an Enigma!
