Coitc Bfe making it lighter

well ive placed the order for my Bfe and as much as i would love to use my 160mm Talas 36's i figured i might as well get something a lighter, my hope hub is convertable to 15mm axle or QR (20mm at mo) so a 15mm axle is an option im willing to consider but i know my total wheel set is indestructable and very much over kill (hope pro hubs with 721 rims), so i know there is rolling weight to be lost there as well if funds allow.
so what would the more knowledgeable suggest for a clumsy try anything rider thats light, Strong in the forks and wheels department

I'm currently building a Blue Pig and have gone for RS Revelation forks with Pro 2 hubs with Stans Flow rims.
