Rotors, Formula vs Superstar

I'm currently building a Blue Pig and want to go for a rotor upgrade to 203F / 180R. To buy genuine Formula rotors (Brakes are Oro K24) would cost £85, however Superstar rotors would cost £24.
Are there any performance benefits of the Formula rotors (other than a few grams which with my lardy ar$e I'm not overly bothered about) or am I better off saving £61 and going for the Superstars ?

On the bike you would not notice any difference!0

I'm sure I read somewhere about the Superstar ones being quite thick, you may experience a bit more pad rub using them.0

I have formula oro k18s with a 180mm superstar out front and a 160mm formula at the rear. The superstar is definately thicker heavier and less attractive. Does seem to do a good job though which is the main thing!Current bikes:
Norco Sight 3 SE (on order)
Specialized Allez 2010
Old bikes:
Commencal META 55 custom build (Stolen )
Boardman HT Comp 2010
GT Avalance 1.0 2006(ish)0 -
I've used superstar ones for a while and although they may be slightly thicker I've had no issues at all.0

I have a formula mega brakeset on my bike, and two wheelsets (one for downhill, one for XC). On the XC wheelset I have the original formula rotors, and on my downhill wheelset, I have some superstar rotors. Aside from being a tad heavier, I can't tell any difference while riding.0
