hi guys, just got my new car - sadly with flush roof bars so my old clamps don't fit.

The Thule website says i need 753 feet, which is fine, if expensive, but recommends i get 4009 fixpoint fitting kit "to make it fit perfectly to your make of car" anyone know if this is essential, or if its just an add on?

PS Anyone got a set they fancy selling!?

Yes you will need it...the fixpoint contains the bolts that screw into you pre-fitted nuts in your gutter rail.

My 3 series has something similar..obviously without this you cannot secure.
