Head spinning on frame choice

Guys,
At the minute I have a commencal supreme DH V2 for Downhill duties. The problem is I have raced once this year and the rest of the time I have just messed around on it. The problem is I just don't get on with heavier burlier downhill bikes. I find them dull and lifeless but I do enjoy the fact I can throw them at anything and they will take it.
So, basically I'm going to do some swapping. I'm going to take the Supreme to bits and buy a new frame and single crown forks and build up a lighter more fun mini downhill thrash about bike. I won't be racing it at any time.
But I don't know what frame/fork combo to go for. The other issue I have is that I don't really want to spend much more than a grand on a frame if I can help it.
Anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Think first.
Then act.
That\'s it.
My 3 point plan.

To be honest, I would sell your complete bike and get something like this.

The frameset alone is £1300 so how they can sell the complete bike for £1650 christ knows0
