Bike fit in Scotland?

Can anyone recommend someone/where to get a bike fit done in Scotland (I'm in Glasgow).

I've been into road biking for 2 years now and would like to do more miles and events next year so reckon investing in a proper bike fit would help my ageing body!

Have seen a few shops offering it but would like forum recommendations so that I can avoid enthusiastic teenage shop assistants that have been on a 2 day course and got a certificate to prove it :) I've also already got a bike and gear so no sales opportunities either.

Spokes in Kirkcaldy now offer a full professional bike fit. I'm using their Look pedal fitting system in the New Year and when I popped in to enquire about it (Dundee store) I asked them about their new fit service. It's meant to be quite thorough and can take up to 3hrs to complete. Might be worth contacting them.

I popped into Spokes, Kirkcaldy and spoke to Craig who does the bike fitting. Seems like a comprehensive fit that takes into account your flexibility, your shoe fit and cleat position, type of riding you do etc. Craig says he has been doing fits for quite a few years and it's just now they are promoting it more as he has got additional equipment and kept on hearing about people heading down south to Milton Keynes and Derby to get get a fit. At the moment it costs £120 which to me is reasonable considering it can take around 3Hrs and not just a 'put your measurements into the computer and do what it says' session.
If I can find the extra pennies I really want to get this done - I'm pretty comfy on my bike but do have a couple niggles and want to make the most of the bikes/equipment I have.

Dales cost about the same so you can save the petrol.
I didn't need that much doing but after being away from the sport for a while, at least I had peace of mind.
