Which bike? Can't make up my mind!

So, as the title suggests, I have to make up my bonce on which would be the better bike for the buck!
Cube Attention 2011 or Marin Hawk Hill
Both (on sale) cost around the same amount of roughly 560 ish give or take. Having had a Cube Attention (stolen, gutted, moving on) I really liked the way it felt and rode.
It just was an awesome bike, improvements over my current Mongoose Rockdale AL that I have had for the last 5 years are PHENOMINAL (Disc brakes, oh how I heart you!)
But, I have the chance of getting one or the other now. Having basically saved what I can to get the replacements, this is the final hurdle.
My main likes for the Cube are -
Rock Shox Dirt 3 with lock out
Owned before
Love the colours
Comes with Schwalbe tyres that do not hinder me too much on my ride and dont have to faff about with them if i want to go offroad.
Marin -
Frame comes with a life time warranty (and the frame is pretty sexy as well)
Originally a more expensive bike (luckily now down to sale price, bonus)
Extra insurance from a company that deals with Marin and lifetime servicing too
With that said, I'm tossing it out to the masses.
Anyone ridden either/both and can recommend for certain either way?
Hope you can help!

Rockrider from Decathlon or a Carrera Fury or a Voodoo from Halfords all have better parts than either for the same money, the Dart is a pretty poor fork even in Dart3 trim.....
