Alex Supra 30 or Mavic XM719 rims ?

Need a new back wheel and just been on Superstar site and they are doing deals on pairs of stock wheels with Switch Evo hubs and either Alex or Mavic rims for not a lot more than a rear wheel.
Both rims are pretty similar in weight and cost only difference the Alex rims are 23 mm internal width the Mavic 19mm. I know the Mavic rims but never ridden any Alex kit, anyone used the Alex Supra 30 rims and do they stand up to a good bashing.
I am not particulary kind to wheels regulary pringling them, had about 2 years use out the current XM 719 on Shimano XT and the rear hub is knackered clicking like a spokey dokey and the rim looks like a piece of sculture.
