just had a call to say i start my 1 month trial period in a new job(still with the same company) on 4th january 8)

more money, less hours and a company van to fit the bike in - result :D

i'm angling for a 5 seat transporter as it's cheaper for the toll across the bridge, i hope they go for it :)

    yes mate, i wasn't sure as i thought i was being pushed out, turns out i wasn't and when i went for the interview it's actually loads better than my job - as in loads easier and less hours :lol:

    well the say luck comes in three's so with yourself and Gazlar's missus fingers crossed for me for tomorrow....have a second interview tomorrow and with near 3 months sat on my ass I could really do with getting it.....which will be a Christmas win !!

    One downside though...no daytime crudding !

    cheers mate,

    the new job is for an onsite service engineer for audio visual equipment. basically what i do now but with regular hours (not 20 hrs a week overtime) and i'm based in one place.

    i wasn't sure about the whole thing first off (hence my thread about a month ago!!) but it all seems cool and i get a pay rise 8)
