9-speed to 10-speed cassette change

Possibly a dumb question, but do 9-speed and 10-speed SRAM cassettes fit on the same hub? Is it simply a case of taking one off and putting the other one on? My new bike is a 2x10, but I was thinking of putting the wheels off my old bike (3x9) onto it as they are a bit nicer.

    Yep, straight swap. Check your stop screws on your mech, they may need a very small tweak.
