medium or long cage?

hi, im running at 44/32/22 up front and a 11/32 cassette 9 speed trans. Can i run this with a medium cage rear mech instead of a long.

    Only if you don't want to use some grears or risk ripping your mech off. See the FAQs for how to work it out.

    Insufficient data. The answer you get will only be as good as the question that you ask.

    You didn't specify the brand: Shimano, SRAM, SunRace, Campagnolo, etc...

    There are also some mods that you can apply if the calculated chain wrap capacity is, say, 2 or 3 teeth beyond the capacity of the derailleur.
