Someone on there might be of help.
I know there's a good out-and-back up Ben Lomond 8)
There's also a loop that takes in The WHW From Balmaha to Inversnaid then goes over to Queen Elizabeth Forest(it's a big one)0 -

Would reccomend the Glen Loin Corrie Grogan loop (the first link) long climb up a forest track great views including Loch Long and Sloy Dam, good singletrack back down Glen Loin and a tasty homemade soup at the petrol station when you get back.0 -
I have done the Ardgarten loop combined with the Corrie Grogain loop. A very good day out. The circuit of Ardgarten is tough - though not in sense of technical challenges, the long, long climbs do take their toll.
And yes the soup at the garage is great."Encyclopaedia is a fetish for very small bicycles"0 -
Here's What Mountain Bike's report of a great ride with geat views. Easy cycle but climbing is hard - and there are a few options for coming back down from the dam.
