WARNING. I would like to warn all potential buyers of bike, accessories etc. Suggesting NOT to buy from online Bike shop -www.MitraCycles.com. They are based in Medan, Indonesia.
I purchased back in October '11 a new Scott Spark 10 and helmet and fully paid. once they received all my funds, I received zero communication from them. They have a very sophisticated website and I have found no negative feedback on them. Payment was made by Bank transfer and in good faith after doing significant research on them.
This company is likely to change company names, once word gets out. Owner is Risky Zakariyah, Medan. Indonesia.
Employees include Miss Rosida Wati, Ms. Dhea Aqlina, Juli Aswati.
