No wonder he died, apparently he never took a dump or passed urine.
With his first round of golf being 38 under par and including 11 hole-in-ones might he make the first posthumous SPOTY winner?Nobody told me we had a communication problem0 -

While it must be staged to a certain extent, I think some of this might actually be genuine. The level of mass indoctrination two whole generations have endured in NK is crazy. They thought Kim Jon Il didn't poop.
This is an interesting article about NK defectors being trained how to cope with life in South Korea:

Even for those who don't genuinely feel for the loss of their leader, they apparently are obliged to put on a display of public grief for fear of being labelled a dissident by those around them. The government employ and plant moles within the community, and also instruct ordinary citizens to report on their neighbours over any show of defiance or non-conformity. Anyone under suspicion is quickly arrested along with any family and friends they associate with and 'dealt with' appropriately.

I don't see anything that unusual about them crying; Lady Diana or Steve Jobs anyone?0

I dare say that after 60 years of indoctrination the north Koreans feel that Jung Il did 'something' as well.

Word is now that he was murdered - I'll see if my source has a link. Wouldn't surprise me - they seem to be quite a nasty bunch anyway and suddenly dying on a train is a bit 'convenient'; out of sight, no easy access to major medical resources etc. That was my first thought when I heard the sad news the other day.0
