Hayes brake adaptor with Shimano M785?

Hello,
I've just bought some Shimano M785 XT brakes. The purchase comes with the levers and calipers but not mounts or rotors. I've currently got some Hayes brakes and was wondering if the mounts are cross compatible between the brands or if I need to pick up the specific Shimano ones?
