Frame vs Fork

Hi all.
I've got £300 to spend on either upgrading my frame (Orange Gringo) to something like a RL TIG Team 853 OR I could spend the money on some Rockshox Reba Dual Air RL's to upgrade my Marzzochi MX Comps.
Which one do you folks suggest the money is best spent on for the most benefit?

    What wheels do you have? The 853 is not an upgrade, just different. The Reba is better, but the mx is a decent unit.

    Wheels and forks you have are OK and will take a fair bit of money to improve on.
    As I see it you have 2 options,either put your money into a decent frame and upgrade the rest later or hold off,use your 300 plus sell the Gringo and buy a better complete bike.

    Depends also what you want out of the bike.If you want lighter how about an On One Whippet frame for 300? :?:
