CAAD9 2010 Headset Help

The headset on my CAAD 9 (2010) model needs replacing. The original specs said it came with a Cane Creek CAAD9 SI headset. I've searched for a replacement but am completely confused. The Cane creek site wasn't any help either as I can't measure the diameters accurately enough to use their product searcher confidently. The original bearings are so corroded I can't read the serial number. Any help identifying a replacement is greatly appreciated.

It's a Campagnolo-standard Cane Creek hidden headset with 45 degree contact bearings (just look for any hidden headset that's a '45 x 45')CAPTAIN BUCKFAST'S CYCLING TIPS - GUARANTEED TO WORK! 1 OUT OF 10 RACING CYCLISTS AGREE!0

Great - can I just get replacement bearings? If so, can anyone point me in the right direction? Edit: Just discovered it's an IS24 headset if that helps.0

Superstar do cheap replacement bearings

This should be fine as the diameter is 41.8mm and the inner/outer angle is 45/45 deg.
You could also fit this but you'd have to swap the crown race too, as it's a 36 degree setup

Cheers maddog - I had all sorts of problems finding replacement bearings in my local bike shop. When I did find some with the correct width, stack height and chamfer angles the compression ring didn't fit snug so the headset wouldn't tighten properly.
Eventually opted to get a replacement headset from the very helpful guys at stonehenge bikes http://www.stonehengecycles.com/0
