ooooh............ get you !!!
Mine is only 4x6 and is full of garden tools
The double garage however......... is heated, powered, alarmed and painted (including floor), has an area for the kit car complete with work bench, jacks and associated tools, as well as an area for bikes, all of which are wall mounted next to another bench and work stand.

Yup - 6 by 4 crammed full of garden tat, triple length single and a half width granite garage/workshoppy thing, dirty area at the front, clean working area with tool boxes, metal shelving, workbench 6ft long work bench with vices and all that jazz.
Strip lighting all the way down, cupboards all down one side, fully double depth carpeted and a sound system that used to fill the local church with joys of churchness (but don't ask me how Igot it because I am not a churchey person).
Big comfy chair, beer fridge, bikes hanging up to keep the floor area clear, permanent weights/turbo training area, boxes fo old magazines for reference.
Motorbikes on paddock stands and everything else all boxed up tidy away.0 -

12 x 8, carpeted, electrics, heating and strip lighting, insulated, blinds and f%$king big padlocks. Spent most of the spring building it up but worth it.
Oh and the most important part of it, the heavy bolt on the inside of the door to stop interuptions whilst I'm on the turbo or looking at my 'art' collectionNorfolk, who nicked all the hills?
