The neoprene type material you can buy to sit between your fork legs above the wheel. What are they supposed to do.....?

it stops the spary from the wheel going through the fork legs and you riding into it. keeps your face clean..

paired with a crudcatcher on the down tube you should be around 90% cleaner...

Didn't believe all that hype until a night ride earlier this year when you could see clearly illuminated the stuff being flung forward and up and the guys riding straight into it. All sorted now
