Left over bit from building a new bike

I have just assembled a Corratec X-Vert kids 20" mountain bike and have one bit left over.
It's a small S shaped plastic bit, about half an inch in total length. Any ideas?

    Maybe to tie some cables together.

    As Nick suggests, a cable clip for the brake/gear cables.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
