Hope I can get some riding in this weekend.

Well, as they've been forcasting it all week and I drove through some yesterday I think there's a fair chance
  • No snow in Leicester yet, forecasting it for overnight tonight though, but, we'll see...The people at the Met Office rarely get it right, I prefer to just look at of the window.

while we're in that can of worms, there were 5 of us, the 2 youngest guys from Essex and London, got half a mile and turned back because they were too cold!, the lads from oop norf including a 60 yr old enjoyed the rest of the ride!

Saturday and Sunday look fine, watcha talking about ?

Looks like it'll be sunny on Sat morning, but about 3C, so I'm off out bright and early. Sunday looks nice all day, but we're doing a pre-Christmas dinner at the in-laws, so it's best bib and tucker !
Tomorrow, however, when I have the day off work, looks sh*te !!!

Am probably going to ride both Saturday and Sunday as they look so nice. Am guessing that it won't last long, am going to try and squeeze in as many rides into the rest of 2011 as the weather allows.

Win win for me this time of year. Ride out weather permitting = good, crap weather = stay in bed, really don't beat myself up about it.

It's just been confirmed, we don't need to be at the out-laws until 12:30.
45mins to get there (with a little bit of creative driving !)
30mins to shower shave and change.
15mins of putting the bike away and telling the Mrs what a great ride it was.
    15mins f*cking about.

That means I can be out on the bike until 10:45am on Sunday, better not have too much red wine on Saturday night

It's just finished snowing here in sunny Hertfordshire, with a bit of luck that's all the Arctic chaos we'll get this year!

Yep, it was snowing here in Newbury at 9:00am, according to the Mrs. I say according to the Mrs, as I was still tucked up in my farting sack !
