New front fork advice

Hi all,
I have a Giant Trance 3 (2007) and am looking for a front fork upgrade. I’ve been looking at these three on the on one website. What does everyone think? Or are there any other options around that price?
http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FORSREGSOL/ ... th_poplock
http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FORSRERL/ro ... k__26_inch
http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FORSSIDRLT/ ... 100mm_fork
One of my colleagues at work thinks I should go for a 120mm fork instead but I’m not sure about this and don’t know whether it makes any difference that I’ve got a small frame. I’m not into anything silly, I like couple of hour rides over the moors and similar (if this helps the decision making process!).
Thanks,
James
