Sheesh the weather yesterday was something special, the high winds weren't too bad (even if I was using the smallest cog I don't even use going uphill just to maintain speed into the wind on the flat and exposed parts of my commute), but the rain/sleet/hail it was slamming into my face really wasn't much fun at all! (noting this may be local as when I got home I was asked why I was wet as it hadn't even rained there!)

  • Was certainly the coldest I've felt. First time I've arrived home with cold toes and fingers.

I have to agree that the ice cold rain/hail/snow to the face was less than pleasant. :(
  • I pulled my buff up over my nose and mouth as the air was so cold. It promptly got wet and prevented me from breathing! I felt like I was being waterboarded!!! :-)

    Great fun! ? ;-)
