Cotic Soul sizing

Hi all, I just picked up a second hand Soul from a guy here, but unfortunately there are no stickers to say which size, but he thinks it was a small. Can anyone tell from the serial code on the bottom of the frame what size it is? It starts which S, which is making me think it is a size description.

    If I had anything to measure it, I would. Just heard back from Cotic, it's a medium. Sweet :D
