How to reset garmin edge 500?

Hi does anyone know how to reset my garmin edge 500?
It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them.

    ATC, I might be wrong..but i think you can just take the battery out ? Failing that, have a little look on the Garmin Website, the user manual is on there.

    Switch the Garmin off, Hold the lap and power buttons down together, when the message about erasing user data comes on the screen, select yes.

    Once you've done this, leave the unit outside for half an hour or so to get a good signal and reset itself.

    No, you can't take the battery out.
    More problems but still living....
