Morning All

Its absolutely disgusting here in Wolvo today, cold wet and windy, so windy in fact that in footy lat night, I hit the crossbar when the wind caught hold of a goalkick (7a side, not full pitch). Worst part of the wind is it keeps blowing my boiler out and I have to go outside to re-ignite it.

anyway, coffee has been had and toast and now its off to work

Mrs G is off to Cardiff tonight for a 2nd interview for a job, so that means I'm off for curry buffet with the boys

Oh and in a twist of shameless self promotion, do check out On the first day of Crudmas.......

  • Mehning bummers!

Feck I'm sleepy and tired :( I just couldn't get to sleep last night! I was still up at 2:30, and probably got on for 3 before I finally drifted off, so I'm slightly tired as a result.

Such a shame, as I'm finally getting somewhere with the Hot Librarian! I'd been calling her a nurse, and she suggested I buy her a nurses outfit, so I can be her patient  I said that I doubt I'd get to see her as a nurse though, and she said she likes a challenge! :D Whoop whoop! Could be a fun Christmas :D

Anywho's, Gazlar is clearly stalking facebook users that are on here..... oh dear :?

its windy as fook here in brizzle, it was a foul night outside ours, luckily i have finally worked out our heating system and also found out that the landlord has left us with a dehumidifier, clothes are dry over night - BOOM! (how sad is it that actually makes me happy!

tonights ride might get postponed due to awful conditions and riding across the suspension bridge in this i might get blown out to sea!

missk is of to toulouse for a few days with work last minute  so i am hoping that my extra firm springs arrive today and i can fit them tonight/tomorrow!

cant stop guffing, the office will stench by 10am at this rate!

1mancity2 - on the bright side you can make a cup of tea without doing a round

Today is win, so off work & doing the school run. Back home then a decent run, study, swim then pick up the kids and get them ready for nativity play later. Straight after that it's my dads company Christmas party, so as always more family & friends than employees.

Struggled to get to sleep coz of the wind/rail, could hear one of the bins doing the fandango across the patio.
Sold 2 of my snowboards last night to aid the payment for the new board/bindings combo I splashed out on t'other week. Will be really sad to see one of them go
Workmeh, followed by packaging a board, maybe putting my tree up.... only 8 days left at work.. :)

    Morning Crudmongs,

Clear skies here after a wet 'n' windy night in the wilds of SE London (shouldn't have hot curries for dinner...). Off into Bromley for a bit of Xmas shopping then screwing more shelves n racks together if I can be ar$ed. And I'm trying to bag a couple of Christmas lunches in Town on other people's expense accounts, hopefully will get a few excuses for a p!$$ up or two :-)

    Morning bumders

Eventfull ball last night, amazing except where a couple of friends ended up in ambulances... some people just shouldn't be allowed near an open bar.

So today I'm not feeling too hungover suprisingly, getting food and tea in a moment, then lounging around before going to my lecture for the day.

  • Yo Maggots,

Another day in the home office, and yea, fark, it was windy and raining real hard last night and this woke me up.
Although it's great waking up looking at the time and knowing you can get another three hours of shut eye in before starting the day.
Will be delivering the bouncer to its new owner tomorrow, so off to Surrey with a bike in the car. Quite sad seeing all my material items being sold off at bargainous prices or en route to the recycle centre. Well, c'est la vie..

We seem to be getting some of that bad weather you ve had up there in NL now, this morning was pretty bad (although i ve just looked out the windo and there's blue sky - maybe not)

Boring morning about to get better with a training course most of the afternoon so I can relax and just listen. Maybe some CycloX training this evening but tbh I'm not sure I can be bothered with the faff anymore, might just go for a short run. !0 days to go till I'm back in North Wales for Xmas with some friends and the raver clan - can't wait!!

  • Afternoon all,

much has been taken care of today, and as such I am now free from the old flat minus painting then we can give the keys back. On the plus side, i'm going to pick up a Cotic Soul frame in VGC for only 100 euros from a buddy of mine. Should be fun building it up soon!
  • 13 hours from HK to London. Slog or what. More importantly beer cost £10 a pint in the bar.
2 brown letters and one white letter from the Inland Revenue - one said I'll never have to fill in a tax form again, the second says my tax code is a thousand and something and the third said that a refund of £1900 is on its way.!
That is what happens when you go to China!

    Afters All

CSA Twits ( Oh I've spelled that wrong)

Up and down day today. Just got an E-Mail saying that I've missed out on the Trans-Provence race but for £1400 I can have a go at the same course as a guided tour but sounds a bit tame if there's no competition. So chewing it over.

On a brighter note bought a new car just haven't told the missus yet.
I'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!
