What full suspension bike?

Hi all,

I recently had my Cube Ltd Race Bike stolen, and so I'm looking to replace it with a full suspension bike. I've only been riding for 12months, but generally ride red route trails in Scotland, (Kirroughtree, Mabie Dalbeattie etc) and also occasionly some single tracks.

I am thinking of going with a CUBE AMS 130, as I've found some good deals on this, but I could be tempted with another bike if anyone has any suggestions?

My budget is around £1500, but could be stretched a little more if there is a good deal.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Cheers,
Dave

  • I was looking at the these 3 reduced bikes (I'm 5'11 tall, and my last Cube Ltd bike was 20inch frame)
Your thoughts on these bikes, or others would be appreciated!

All are very good bikes in their own right, and some hefty reductions there too. All seem well suited to what you want to do - can you see the bikes in the flesh, have a sit on them, maybe even a test ride?
  • The shop is about 3.5 hours drive for me, but I'm beginning to think it might be worth the drive down to test them out and to determine the size I require!

It is indeed! Even if the sizes are listed the same, the measurements can still be very different!
  • Have u tried millo place garage in Dalbeattie. They were doing cubes. Try Ae bike shop or scotby in carlisle for spesh but more than likely they will push you to Treks.
