Had this since August 09. Plenty of changes since then, mostly due to things wearing out or positioning requirements.
Been to a few trail centres, Sherwood pines, llandegla, lee and cragg quarry mostly and the local moors.

  • Thanks! I've been surprised at how much abuse it can handle tbh. I'm a fairly aggressive and heavy rider and its still alive

Gonna use it for winter rides and work commute now and should have my new bike build up and rolling for summer.

My first decent mtb was a 2009 Hardrock Sport (with rim brakes) in white. Really good bike which I always wish I'd kept.

FAIRLY AGGRESSIVE  are you having a laugh extreme aggressive more like. I cant believe the frame has lasted she very nearly didn't make it through her first outing. Great frame though shame about there top end bike's.

He can't be that bad if he's still running the stock rear wheel, i'm on my third now :)

I roll down hills on the front ala mccaskill 8)
  • Nice work, like the red and white theme you have going on. The Marzocchi's look ace in all black

I have just got a new 2011 Hardrock Sport Disc, nice to see other Hardrock owners on here :D

Cheers! The zocchi's are a great fork for the money I got them for, if a little on the heavy side. Was a lot more white bits when I bought it but I've tried to tone it down a bit with the upgrades.
  • Know what you mean - mine has a few too many red bits which Ill swap for black or white over time I think :D
