Any body got a 456 carbon self build from them looking at them and was hoping to pick one up from there place and do the build my self.
1. do they come with head set and bottom bracket fitted.
2. do the brakes come with hoses connected and fluid in them.
i can lend a head set tool for the cups if needs be iv got a bottom bracket tool if thats not fitted.
thanks.

Not entirely sure what you're talking about, got a link?
Brakes will come ready to use, as long as the hoses aren't too long.
BB is easy to fit, headset not so. They'll fit the headset for you if you buy it at the same time as the frame and pay for it.0 -

Ah, ok, in that case they send you a box of bits. I doubt the headset will be fitted. The brakes will have hoses connected and will be ready to go though.
They charge £9.99 for headset fitting. But it's best to phone them up, they're pretty helpful, if you're spending >£1200 they might do it for free.0 -
I paid On One to fit my headset, which they did, upside down I may add..
LBS sorted it for £10, On One reimbursed me and sent me a free t-shirt too.. excellent customer service :¬)0 -
If they just ship boxed brakes there's still a chance the cables are too long. I don't know if all the SRAM stuff is the same length, but got boxed X0 and the rear is too long on my small frame C456 (I got the frame only and built the rest). Ridable but there's a fair loop at the front and I really need to get it shortened. A pain to do especially as it'll need bleeding and it's nasty DOT5.1 stuff and the SRAM bleed kit is expensive (though I have it anyway).
You could just pay the £30 for them to build it (for "free" as they claim. Huh? It's free build, but it's £30 cheaper if you do it yourself. Hmm).0 -
I phoned them to day. You get a big box of bits. Think I will go for the free build £30 ?.0
