Workstands...

As the bad weather closes in and I'm forced to do more cleaning and maintenance on my bike, the time has come to invest in a workstand. The only problem is the fact that I'm a tight@rse  I know full well that I should just fork out >£100 on something like the Park Tools PCS10, but I thought I'd do a quick check to see if you guys can recommend something decent that won't make my wallet quite so sad. I see a few people on here have the Lifeline Elite Team workstand from Wiggle, but after reading numerous reviews about them breaking 6-12 months down the line, I think I'll give that one a miss.
Any other recommendations that I might have overlooked?

I have this one from Edinburgh bikes and for the money (£50) I really can't fault it. I bought it a while back in a sale and it's been no problem. Easy to adjust, secure and very stable. Also folds down pretty well for storage. Also bought one as a gift and the recipient has been more than happy. I reckon it's worth the cash:

I went for the Park PCS9, A little pricey compared to the other options available but I ended up getting mine for a bargain price of £700

The missus ordered me that one from Edingurgh bikes last night, had an email saying it will be delivered to me on Wednesday. Can't grumble at that for £50!
It was either that or the cheapest park tools one, but as this has more to it I thought it was worth a punt.0 -
Keep an eye out for when Lidl do their cycling gear deals, I got a workstand for £30 an have been very happy with it.
I'm sure it'd be no good for a shop but, for normal home use cleaning etc its good value.2019 Ribble CGR SL

I have the Ribble one, great for the money.0

Likewise have the Ribble one. Bit bulky and flexes a bit with a super heavy bike but still seems to hold the thing and is cheap.0

Looking at ribble now, seems to be the same as the Edinburgh one. Must be worth a shot!0

The ribble one is made by raleigh, can't remember the model number.
Quick google throws this up too, tray as a bonus http://www.rutlandcycling.com/13180/Raleigh-Accessories-Work-Stand.html?referrer=froogle1%3futm_source%3dgoogle&utm_medium=froogle&utm_campaign=pid131800 -
i have the ribble one aswell, got it when they had a extra bit off and came to around £45 delivered, for the money its excelent! had my bike up on it a little early. had the rear derailer about chest height as was fitting my new xt one and even up there bike was pretty stable. once in the highest gear and trying to start pedaling from stand still it gets a little wobbly but you do have to put a little force in. just cant go silly. other then that its perfect!0
