polite but firm letter stating the facts and that
i) they either give it back with the fault rectified or refund your money
ii) that they have ten business days to comply
iii) that if they don't, you'll take them to court for the price of the frame, plus all costs (court fees, your expenses, cost of any time you take off work, etc.)
- get proof of delivery
do not do anything by phone, keep it written, dated, with copies
your rights and how to enforce them...
