I just did a 20km (12miles for you imperialists) route of Swinley Forest yesterday, (got a route from the Getting out in London thread) took a while as there was a few places I hadn't been before and a few forks in the trail where I had to check the map and phone but I got there in the end after about 2 hours. I accidentally added one bermy section near the Stickler which was awesome so I'd keep it in there and did the Labyrinth (now my favourite spot in Swimley) twice, apart from that followed it to a tee.
I mapped it all out using Endomondo, if anyone wants to use it or download it to their Android or iphone you can look here ->

When you're within 5 kms of the route it will show up in the Endomondo app as Agg's Swinley Trail or something like that. I haven't tried following it again yet using the app, but in theory it should tell you where to go (in a nice manner).
Thanks to the guy in the mentioned thread for the map ;-)
