Horizontal Scroll Bars

Sorry boring subject but I can't see them, not on this website anyway. For example on the 'Your Bikes' forum I can't see the front end of this bike

I'm sure I had the scroll bars before they updated this site to the new format. Any ideas? I've tried F11 but doesn't work.

I can't see 'em on my iPad - never could. What browser are you using? If it's Safari, then try a different one.

I'm using IE8. Just tried Firefox, can't see them on the above image either.

Can't you just alter the zoom ratio on the screen using CTRL and the wheel on your mouse? Works for me every time.
