Club or riders in the Royston / Baldock / Hitchin area?

Any riders or clubs around this area and know of some decent rides or even a group?
Any lone riders out 'n' about as I'm based between Baldock and Royston.

Any / all information would be great, thanks.

    I am a social cyclist who rides with Ashwell Cycle Club which is just north of Royston. We tend to do a number of rides through the Royston/Baldock area. Their web site is: http://www.ccashwell.com/ They are a friendly group with a varied number of club rides during the week and at the weekend to suit all abilities.

    If you wish to join in there is an introductory ride on the first Saturday of the month at 9.30am (from the Three Tuns, Ashwell) as well as more strenuous rides on offer.

    Am I correct in saying that Ms Pembleton rides with you with her dad?
    I did think that I was out the other side of a training injury.
    Sadly, back into the MRI scanner (early 2012?) to see what the hell's going on.
    17 months on and no one can tell me what's going wrong.
    2hrs max is all I can do before the quad muscle gives out.
