I also had really good service from Dominos when I lived in Cambridge. Relatively fast delivery, and if I ordered late at night they normally would bring an extra pizza or 2 for free since they had them laying around.0

Oh thats a shame, my pizzas are always nice and hot and yummy when they arrive, usually within 30 mins.
Anyway cold pizza is awesome you whiney public sector worker.0 -

We always used to order from a place that offered free pizza if they couldn't deliver in 30 minutes or whatever, knowing that we were right on the edge of where they deliver to in a block of flats that took ages to walk down the corridors. I never use domino's, I always go on just eat and order from a local place = bigger pizzas and generally cheaper prices0

Although in Domino's defence they were recently found to be the most unhealthy pizza's out there so there's one reason to go buy them"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0

There is a new Dominos in my home town and I have to agree they are bland and overpriced but they have made our local Pizza places up there game to compete. My tea tonight will be a Mushroom 3 cheese and chilli special with a free side of my choice Nom nom nom.
Plus cold pizza for breakfast cold pizza= food of the godsFig rolls: proof that god loves cyclists and that she wants us to do another lap0 -

You mean you'd give her the old 9 inch with cheese crust?0 -
Local stores rule over the likes of Dominos and Pizza Hut. Plus we're ripped off in this country. Seen the size of a Large or XL pizza in the States? !!!... and they're half the price.
Though the local stuff here usually manage bigger pizzas and much better deals.
Sadly I have to resist. Insanely unhealthy, especially as I'll easily eat an entire XL/Super-Size myself, in addition to the extras. About 2 slices are an entire day's allowance.
And her? Covered with enough special sauce, why not.0 -

That's the same with every franchise in the UK. McD's portions of Fries are huge compared to the U.K. Basically our small was about the size of your large. And Were a few bucks cheaper as well, with free refills!0 -

Our local pizza place does 2 x 10" pizzas (any you want) for £6! I used to make my own until I discovered this place and its doner kebab and chilli pizzasRiding a Merida FLX Carbon Team D Ultralite Nano from Mike at Ace Ultra Cycles, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton 01902 7254440

Normally use a local place but Pizza Hut have any pizza any size for £8 atm
"I'll have a Meat Machine please"
"What size would you like?"
"Erm whats the biggest you do?"
Cut to a drunken me walking down the street with a 15" pizzaWhat if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?0 -
I'd ordered a Pizza on the mobile, got run over and the pizza arrived before the ambulance.Tail end Charlie

I usually pre-order online when we get a dominos. Quite a handy feature. They are stupidly expensive though, unless you order on a tuesday or catch one of their deals. Even then, if we get 2 large pizzas on a tuesday, it still costs the same as a chinese.
Mmmmm, take-away food.

Bigger is always best when it come to pizza. An extra 3 inches gives so much more of the good stuff in the middle rather than crust.0

Using advice from early on this thread i used Just Eat.co.uk last night, our experience
19:40 order placed for £57.60 (6 people round ours)
20:45 no sign of order
21:10 call chinese no answer, then call just eat who then try the chinese and get not answer. JustEat then cancel the order and refund the money, i go to the chinese round the corner and get food
00:00 heading to bed and the door goes
the guy was trying to deliver the food 4hrs 20mins after we ordered it, told him to fark off

think this is someone telling me to stop eating takeaway!0
