Hi guys the missus just asked what to get get me for xmas.... so
I'm thinking about upgrading my chainset/cranks - ideally was thinking of getting a double as I never use the top ring, also a bash guard will come in handy as i am extremely good at hitting rocks !!
also I'm after a bit of advice on the crank arm sizing as to what difference would it make having different sizes ? advantages and disadvantages ? Is this any good ?

Also upgrading wheels as the hubs are shot. so again apologies for my lack of understanding are all wheels 9mm qr unless stated ? and again, any good ?

Crank length - doubt you'd notice any difference. 175 is pretty standard. I would look at Shimano SLX instead.
Your first link for wheels is out of stock, your second oos on qr.
I think you could do better, but would help if you said what sort of bike you have nd what sort of riding you do.I don't do smileys.
