Shimano Compact FC-4500 Pinch Bolts
I have rounded the pinch bolts on my crank arm, it is a compact FC-4500. Does anyone know the size of these bolts to replace, I think it maybe an M6 19mm but am not sure, I have looked at techdocs but it is not clear as other similar ones have washers but mine do not????

M6 x 19mm is indeed correct. I doubt they're any special grade of steel but if you want genuine Shimano then there's some Ultegra ones available...

and the schematic diagram..

Thanks a lot , the only thing that threw me was the washers in the diagram as mine do not have washers.0

No problem mate. Looks like they should all have a washer - makes sense as tightening without a washer will mark the cranks.0

You do have to get the shimano ones, a normal M6 has a head which will bind when tightened.0
