Anyone else not able to use smilies?

Tried posting today and smilies won't work. I've checked on my control panel and smilies are enabled on there, also just below where the smilies are, it says 'smilies are on', so not sure what's up? Or have I missed something obvious?

Same problem here... all the smilies are links back to the thread I reply to... so if I drag one onto the page I get this:

I usually use the codes anyway as I'm used to them (annoying when a forum uses slightly different ones).
But then I also use Chrome and no problem clicking on them :P0 -

I did, and the last post said 'Still not fixed'. There is an implication that it's down to the version of Windows and Internet Explorer that I'm using, but I've changed neither of these for a long time and the smilies worked fine until a few days ago.nicklouse wrote:try reading viewtopic.php?f=40033&t=12811707

Yes, got AVG but have had this for ages and it had not caused any problems previously. Have to say it's just started doing it for me, if it's what I think they're referring to. Click the smiley icon and it jumps the page to the top and no smiley inserted.
That doesn't mean I'm not able to use smilies however. Just have to remember the codes :P :P
Anyway, I use Quick Reply often and there's no list of smilies there.0 -
