Formula R1 / RX bleeding issues

I'm after a bit of advice on a bleeding issue i'm having with my formula RX caliper. I've had no issues with bleeding my Avid brakes in the past but i now have a Zesty and i've had to get a new kit because of the Avid bleed kit will not fit the R1 master cylinder.
Anyway the issue i'm getting is on the caliper part of the bleed. After i lock off the brake lever and pull on the caliper syringe to remove any air bubbles out of the caliper it is pulling air bubbles in from somewhere and doesn't stop until the syringe plunger pulls right to the end of the syringe body. I think it has something to do with the brass bleed nipple not screwing tight enough into the caliper. i've tried both my avid bleed kit and my formula one and they both have the same issue. Both the small brass nipples have a rubber seal so i'm wondering if i'm missing a seal in the brake caliper, although this is the first time attempting a bleed with these brakes.
Any ideas would be welcome.
Cheers

check to make sure the tiny rubber seal is still there... common problem on formula brakes, is when they are bled the rubber seal falls out....www.bearbackbiking.com

I haven't seen it so it probably fell out, i've had a quick look on chain reaction for some spares not sure which ones to order as i don't want to pay for the torx screw as well.0 -

Almost certainly othing to do with the little seal in the caliper, it's not really relevant for bleeding. I reckon you're just pulling air past the seal on the syringe/screw insert thing. How hard are you pulling?Uncompromising extremist0
