Just shopping around as i've now totally destroyed yet another sh*tmano bottom bracket, granted it was only a deore that i was using for downhill but it's lasted a few months of very little riding.
Not looking to spend a fortune on one, seen a couple on chainreaction for around £30,
Has anyone used the token external before? looks pretty good for its price however the reviews seem to be quite mixed on it, to be honest any decent recommendations will do me, im only really wanting the cups as i've already got the inner sleeve for the 83mm shell on the v10
Ta muchly

from experience the best seem to be hope, but the higher end shimano ones are almost as good imo, saint would be my recommendation0

Even a Deore should last more than a few months of very little riding.
Could there be another problem? Jetwashing, WD40ing, unfaced frame.I don't do smileys.
