Cube reaction gtc internal cable routing

I have a cube reaction gtc frame with internal cable routing and i wondered if anybody knows where i can get the black cable sheathing that goes inside the frame for the cables to go through and also the easiest way to route the cables through the frame

easiest way to route it is to remove the outer but leave the inner(the cable) then thread the new outer over the cable through the frame.. when it's through the frame,, replace the cable if required.
